Holiday Home La Era I offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and mountain scenery. This bright accommodation is perfect for a family holiday in close contact with nature.



Located in Alojera, a village in the municipality of Vallehermoso in the northwest of the island, it’s an ideal area for hiking, just 6 km from Garajonay National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.



Alojera Beach is a 10-minute walk (3 minutes by car) away, and El Puerto del Trigo, a wild beach with stunning natural landscapes, is 15 minutes on foot. Public transport links are just a 3-minute walk away.



The three LA ERA holiday homes are managed by the same host. The accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, smart TV and streaming services, and a laundry area. The house has a private outdoor area with a terrace.



One parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors and parties are not permitted. There are no interior steps. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.

Neue Wohnung von extrem netten und hilfreichen Vermieter!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Frau leben im Nachbarhaus. Sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt und David hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas fehlt. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein! Wir haben die Mikrowelle, den großen Kühlschrank und das sehr schöne, große Sofa sehr geschätzt. Noch ein Tipp: Da der Laden in Alojera sehr klein ist und keine große Auswahl hat, sollte man auf jeden Fall vor der Anreise das Nötigste für die ersten Tage einkaufen. Cons: Wenn es etwas Negatives gibt, dann, dass der kleine private Balkon sehr schattig ist. Im Winter kommt dort keine Sonne hin, da er nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Dafür gibt es aber eine große gemeinschaftlich genutzte Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang!
