A typical Italian cottage awaits you on a 2,000-square-meter lot, set in a well-maintained garden landscape with a beautiful infinity pool in a perfect panoramic location. There are a total of up to 3 units on the 2,000-square-meter lot, though usually no more than 2 will be occupied, so the large pool is essentially my private pool
The cottage is in very nice and cosy condition and measures approximately 60 square metres. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen-living-dining area.
In front of the cottage is a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool and the wonderful Marche countryside. A generous private parking area is available.

From the property, you can see all the way to the Apennines. Corinaldo is about 2 kilometres away—a beautiful medieval town and the birthplace of Maria Goretti. At the foot of Corinaldo, a 5-minute drive away, is the Casolare, an excellent wood-fired pizzeria and restaurant. There are other good restaurants in the area.
Senigallia, located on the Adriatic Sea and famous for its 8-kilometer-long “velvet beach” (spiagga di velluto), is about 25 km away, a 25-minute drive.
