Enjoy a relaxing holiday about 1,000 metres from the beach in our basement apartment with a sauna and fireplace.<br><br>Known for its exceptionally beautiful beaches, coastal forests, and excellent dining—including the “Strandhaus” in the evening and “Café Cupedia” in the morning—Schwedeneck, with its proximity to the state capital Kiel and Eckernförde, offers numerous day-trip destinations and is located directly on the Europa Hiking Trail.<br>During your stay in our basement apartment—a cosy oasis of well-being—you can simply unwind and relax.<br><br>The apartment is cosy, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped. This basement apartment features private access, a sauna, and a fireplace, and guests are welcome to use the garden. This means you’ll have your own small terrace, your own beach chair, and a small barbecue area. A private parking space is available for an additional fee.<br>You access the apartment through the garden and via the outdoor basement stairs.<br><br>Check-in is in person until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, use the key box at the entrance. From Friday through Sunday, you can also book breakfast at Café Cupedia. You’ll receive a 10% discount there all day long. On weekends, you can even book a “breakfast in bed” service, and breakfast will be delivered to the holiday rental.<br><br>Tourist tax:<br>For the duration of your stay, the municipality of Schwedeneck charges a tourist tax during the season (May 1 – September 30). The tourist tax is €1.50 per day per person; the seasonal rate is €22.00 per person. Children up to age 16 are exempt from the tourist tax.<br><br>Upon presentation of a disability certificate indicating at least 50% disability, the guest pays half the tourist tax. Guests with 100% disability are exempt from the tourist tax. The tourist tax is not included in the offer. It is due upon arrival and is remitted to the municipality. Guests should retain a corresponding receipt.
