Beautiful, newly renovated apartment with stunning views in Golfo Paradiso in PUNTA CHIAPPA, just a few metres from the sea, in the heart of Portofino Park and the Portofino Marine Reserve.
Accessible only on foot from San Rocco di Camogli (2 km), by boat from Camogli (Camogli-Punta Chiappa-San Fruttuoso line), or by private boat or water taxi.
Boat rentals and docking facilities are available in front of the house.
The apartment is located at street level on the picturesque pedestrian street leading to Punta Chiappa; You enter the living room with a seating area and dining table, which opens onto the bedroom with a double bed, the bedroom with two single beds (which can be placed side by side), the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, and shower with a thermostatic mixer.
The living room and bedrooms have windows facing the sea and are equipped with air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Please note that you can drive to Camogli and then continue by sea on the Golfo Paradiso ferries to PUNTA CHIAPPA, or to San Rocco, from where a pedestrian path—mostly consisting of steps—leads to Casa 51. The distance is approximately 2 km (25–30 minutes).
For hikers: There are several trails that wind through the Portofino Park area that are not to be missed.
