Spread over 3 floors, we offer 1 main bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 loft with sleeping space for 2, a spacious kitchen-dining area, and an impressive living room with an open roof truss (additional sleeping space on the couch, as well as a cot available upon request).Upon arrival, bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels will be provided; a washing machine and dryer are also available. The large, quiet garden invites you to relax on the wavy lounge chair or by the cosy fire pit.Bicycles or skis can be stored in the adjacent, lockable shed werden.Im Depending on the season, the raised garden bed offers tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, strawberries, raspberries, and various herbs.The Fichtelgebirge offers a wide variety of hiking opportunities, a well-developed network of golf courses, and winter sports activities. (12-Peak Tour, Bridge Cycle Path, ...) Many of these start right from Kirchenlamitz. Looking for a souvenir of your holiday? Unwind in the heated hot tub on the terrace. Payment must be received no later than 13 days before arrival. Please contact the host via email to request bank account information. For last-minute bookings, payment is due on-site in cash. The 100% deposit may become due at any time. Security deposit of 150 EUR. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is possible between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time before arrival. Security deposit: 150.00 EUR. Pets are not allowed.
