Our Studio Loft with a generous floor space of 220 m2 is perfect for groups of up to 10 people. You can start the “Perfect Dinner” in our open kitchen with a large dining table. Our long window front on both sides gives you a panoramic view of the Hafencity and the urban Brandshof.
Look forward to a great, bright loft with an ideal room layout. Large common area with separate table football rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. 5 large bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The bathroom has a separately accessible toilet. A warm-up location for every group city trip.

Parks, bicycle and footpaths or S Bahn Elbbrücken can be reached in no time.

Preis-Leistungsverhältis passt nicht so gut. Man erwartet bei dem Preis etwas mehr. Bad und WC Raum sind sehr basic. Zu viele Lebensmittelreste in den Schubläden und Schränken.

Wunderbarer Hamburg-Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 17, 11 und 9 Jahre) hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Hamburg. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hell. Dass nur 1 Bad und 1 Toilette vorhanden war, hat uns nicht gestört. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit 2 S-Bahnlinien und 1 U-Bahnlinie vom Bahnhof Elbbrücken aus, dorthin 10 Min. zu Fuß) ist sehr gut.Uns aölen hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ideal für die große Familie, 5 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten haben perfekt gepasst. Für unsere Enkel war der Kicker ein besonderer Spaß. Wenn also nochmal Hamburg mit der Familie, dann in dieses Loft.

Familienausflug nach Hamburg

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Hamburg erlebt. Es sollte mal etwas mehr sein als mal schnell nach Hamburg fahren , Musical und am nächsten Morgen wieder nach Hause. Das haben wir auch geschafft. Am Sonntag auf den Fischmarkt uns für die ganze Woche mit Obst , Gemüse und Käse eingedeckt. Das erste Mal im Miniaturwunderland, einfach super. Eine Hafenrundfahrt von den Landungsbrücken aus war interessant und lustig zugleich. Dungeon war natürlich auch dabei in der Speicherstadt. Das schöne war, das wir die Autos am Samstag vor der Unterkunft geparkt haben und am nächsten Samstag erst wieder genutzt haben. Die ganze Woche nur mit Bahn und öffentlichen hat Super funktioniert.Das Loft ist toll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Herrn Kaiser war einfach toll. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war das es nur eine Toilette gab für 9 Personen. Aber das wußten wir ja vorher.

Stylische Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung sehr genossen. Jedes Zimmer individuell, mit Liebe zum Detail, gestaltet. Der Wohnbereich lädt zum gemütlichen beisammen sein ein. Super war auch, dass einige Lebensmittel vorhanden waren. Die S Bahn ist zu Fuss in knappen 10 min erreichbar. Die Züge in die Stadt fahren alle paar Minuten. Ruhiger Flecken so nah an der Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Für eine Tour mit der Familie war die Unterkunft spitze. Viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und zusammen sein in einer tollen Umgebung nahe der City.
