The 34 m² apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, heating, and a smart TV with cable. The apartment features a private balcony where you can relax. THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE ROSENALM MAIN BUILDING. THE ELEVATOR PROVIDES CONVENIENT ACCESS TO: THE SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, BAKERY, RESTAURANT, HAIR SALON, BEAUTY SALON, AND MASSAGE STUDIO; A FITNESS ROOM WITH A TABLE TENNIS TABLE; A DRINK VENDING MACHINE; AND A LAUNDRY ROOM.
