Die Lage und Aussicht der Fewo sind klasse. Das Mobiliar und Ausstattung waren teilweise sehr spartanisch. In der Küche fehlen Basics, wie genügend Gläser, Topflappen usw. Der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und hat leider kein Gefrierfach. Im Wohnzimmer sind 3 Deckenleuchten defekt. Im Bad hingen Spinnweben, der Toilettendeckel ist lose. Die Hygiene im Wäschekeller, den man eigentlich nutzen könnte, ist eine Sauerei. Trotz Meldung der Mängel wurden sie nicht behoben. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen nicht überein. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit dem Blick auf die Mosel. Schön wäre es noch , wenn man die Fahrräder unterstellen könnte und Auflagen für die Balkonstühle.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder. Die Sicht vom Balkon, Weinberge und Mosel, waren einmalig. Die Ferienwohnung und Küche war mit Allem ausgestattet. Eine sehr ruhige und doch zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, der Spaziergang an der Mosel entlang bis nach Bernkastel Kues dauerte 20 Minuten.
