"Wendelstein" apartment with mountain views in the Inn Valley - central & quiet location

A small vacation apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It’s perfect for active travelers. Hikes and bike rides in the surrounding mountains can be started right from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is located in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and tobogganing areas are within about 20–40 minutes’ reach. It’s conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and is accessible via the highway. Munich and Salzburg are about an hour away. The one-bedroom apartment is located in a newly built apartment building that meets the KfW 40Plus standard. In the summer, the underfloor heating allows you to cool the rooms by about 3 degrees. The south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The balcony offers enough space for breakfast or meals outdoors. The apartment features a 1.80-meter-wide bed and a sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa.

Access is easy via a key box. The code will be sent approximately 24 hours before arrival.
