This family-friendly wooden townhouse offers 100 square meters of space across two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people—and your dog is welcome, too.

MODERN AND FULLY EQUIPPED
In the cozy living area, a wood-burning stove provides warm comfort, and the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating for maximum comfort in every season . Two bedrooms on the upper floor ensure restful nights during your vacation and a breathtaking view the moment you wake up. The first features a cozy double bed and access to the balcony, while the second is equipped with two single beds.

RELAXATION AND A HARBOR VIEW FROM THE TERRACE
The terrace, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a grill offers a fantastic view of the maritime activity on the water all the way to the Baltic Sea. Just a 3-minute walk away, Olpenitz Beach invites you to relax, play, and swim on its fine sandy beach.

MAXIMUM COMFORT
A modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest restroom on the first floor, offer additional comfort.
You can park your car right next to the house—free of charge, of course. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored safely in the lockable shed.
