Holiday Rental No. 01, located on the ground floor, offers plenty of space and is furnished in a country-style design with great attention to detail. The approximately 75-square-meter holiday apartment is ideal for up to two people and 1–2 dogs. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in all rooms, while the fireplace in the living and dining area—visible from two sides—provides additional cosiness.
From the hallway, you can access the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/tub combination featuring a glass door for a comfortable, low entry. The bathroom also features a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and two mirrored cabinets that offer plenty of storage space. Across from it is the bedroom. Electric-adjustable beds and a SMART TV provide additional comfort and cosy moments.
Through a double-panel glass door, you enter the spacious living and dining area. There you’ll find a fully equipped country-style kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other small appliances such as a toaster and electric kettle. A fully automatic coffee machine brews your favourite coffee. From the antique dining table with four wicker chairs, you’ll enjoy just as beautiful a view of the sea as from the comfortable designer leather sofa. For your entertainment, there are two large smart TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the garden, the sea, and the surrounding countryside. Garden furniture with cushions, two lounge chairs, and your own beach chair provide additional comfort. The garden is completely fenced in, so you can enjoy your privacy. A parking space is reserved for you to the left of the entrance. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
