This tastefully furnished, comfortable single-family home for 6 people promises a relaxing holiday. This cottage is just a short distance (about a 3-minute walk) from the Baltic Sea beach. The “promenade” (also just 2 minutes away), stretching from the pier almost to Boddenhafen, invites you to stroll and linger in cosy cafés and restaurants. Feel fresh and free—take a deep breath and recharge, experience nature, and enjoy the peace and quiet on the charming Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain.

This individually and tastefully furnished, detached, comfortable single-family home offers generous space for 6 people across approximately 110 square metres of living area. It features a living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Three individually designed bedrooms, each with a double bed. Bathroom with a large shower, bidet, toilet, and double sink. The guest bathroom also has an additional shower. Dining area seating 6 plus a high chair (Tripp Trapp). A cot is available upon request. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace for cosy evenings. A flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system are provided. One bedroom is also equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi. The southwest-facing terrace is covered and furnished with patio furniture, including a sun lounger and two deck chairs. A charcoal grill is available for use as needed. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the house, and there is a bike rack.

An sich ein schönes Haus in idealer Lage zum Strand und zur Strandstraße in Zingst.Die Küchenausstattung des Hauses ist gut und vollständig. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut für 4-6 Personen geeignet. Eine Waschmaschine haben wir im Hauswirtschaftsraum vorgefunden.Leider ist das Haus (Stand: Juli 2025) schon recht abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung, damit es dem Preis, der dafür verlangt wird, auch gerecht werden zu können.Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht besonders sauber, so dass wir selber erst einmal putzen mussten, um uns auch wohlfühlen zu können.Es wäre schön, wenn im Erdgeschoss an einigen zusätzlichen Fenstern noch Fliegengitter angebracht wären. Das ist im Sommer in Zingst wegen der Mücken dringend notwendig!
