Modern vacation home on the mountain with large garden in the beautiful Salzkammergut region

Our high-end holiday home is situated on a sunny 1,600 m² lot and was completed just in early 2023. The entire house is built using exclusively sustainable and healthy-living materials. It is secluded at an elevation of 800 m above sea level on the Kronberg near Gmunden in the beautiful Salzkammergut region. The peaceful, nature-filled setting of our holiday home is ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers alike. But sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. Hiking trails and a beautiful bike route start right from the house! There’s also a nice jogging trail that winds through the nearby forest. Yoga enthusiasts will surely enjoy the opportunity to practice yoga on the private sun terrace or spread out their mats in the middle of the spacious lawn. In the afternoon, you can relax with a good book in our cosy hammock.

Day trips to popular attractions such as Hallstatt, Bad Ischl with its Kaiservilla—the former summer residence of Empress Sissi—Salzburg, the Dachstein Caves, and many more are easily and quickly accessible by car!

The holiday home is modern and stylishly furnished. The covered terrace features a cosy outdoor lounge from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains. In the sunny and extremely large garden, you can relax by a campfire or enjoy a barbecue.

The entire property, including the outbuilding, is available for our guests’ exclusive use.
