As the name suggests, this is an artist’s personal holiday rental.

This stylish accommodation is located on the ground floor, right next to the wooded cliffs and just a few metres from the picturesque sandy beach, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

The owner has designed every detail of her apartment with love and care. The combination of high-quality furnishings—some of which are design classics—and her personal artwork gives each room a unique character.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be immediately captivated by the brightness and modern design. The open-concept living area, complete with a TV and Bose sound system, is spacious and invites you to linger. Here you’ll find the iconic “Togo” sofa by Ligne Roset in the cosy seating area. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a magnificent view of the sea across the cliffs: a direct view during the winter growing season, and in summer, the sea peeks through the leafy trees. The swiveling wood-burning stove provides the entire apartment with cosy warmth during cooler seasons, and the view of the flames creates a cosy atmosphere.

The highlight of the apartment is the romantic bedroom, which is situated on a balustrade and is open to the living area. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it offers an intimate retreat for relaxation and daydreaming. The modern furnishings and carefully selected details ensure that you’ll feel right at home immediately.

The second bedroom is furnished with a new, comfortable pull-out sofa (1.40 m wide) and a desk. Combined with fast Wi-Fi, it offers ideal conditions for working from home.

The bathroom is stylishly and modernly furnished and features all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The high-quality fixtures and thoughtful design make it a place of relaxation and refreshment.

In the basement of the house, you’ll find a sauna for shared use.

A beach chair is available on the beach. Please note that this is subject to seasonal availability.

Additional amenities such as restaurants, the local supermarket, and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity and thus within walking distance.

Due to the loft area, the apartment is not suitable for small children.

The cosy balcony facing the lake is perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine.

The apartment’s location couldn’t be better. You’re right next to the beach, where you can spend endless hours in the sun and by the sea. At the same time, you’ll enjoy a quiet setting, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, away from the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, a garden gate leading directly to the cliffs provides a very short path to the beach and the boardwalk.
