New and beautifully furnished 370 m² holiday home with 8 bedrooms, equipped with: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 twin beds + 2 twin beds. There are also 2 large loft sleeping areas (2 x hems), each with 3 sleeping spots, and a wonderful play loft. The loft sleeping areas are not lockable, and adults can also sleep comfortably here. The house features a well-equipped kitchen, including 2 electric ceramic cooktops, 2 built-in ovens, a large range hood, 2 dishwashers, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a separate freezer (250 L). All 22 guests can gather around the house’s large dining table, which is also perfect for games and socialising. From here, the large windows offer an unobstructed view of the pool area and the vast dunes, which highlight the house’s unique location. Relax in the comfortable, high-quality furniture in front of the warming wood-burning stove in a cosy atmosphere. There are 5 TVs with Danish and German channels, one of which includes a Blu-ray player. There are tile floors with underfloor heating throughout the house and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. A large wellness and pool area features a 5–6-person hot tub with massage jets and a beautiful sauna. The pool measures 22 m² and features a slide and a counter-current system. The activity room includes: foosball, table tennis, darts, billiards, air hockey, and a TV with 2 different game consoles (PlayStation 3 and Xbox). A washing machine and dryer are, of course, provided. There are 4 bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower, sink, and underfloor heating. There are 3 high chairs for children.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. No rentals to youth groups.

The house has a fantastic, partially covered terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, a fish-cleaning station, and a grill. Here you’ll always find a sheltered spot on sunny holiday days. There are swings for the children on the property. We’ve also thought of the four-legged family members, who have their own dog run. This wonderful holiday home is situated on a beautiful, approximately 2,500 m² dune property in Vrist, perfect for playing and ball games. You’ll be just 150 m from the beach and 1,000 m from supermarkets. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach both the bustling commercial town of Lemvig, with its many speciality shops, and the unique fishing town of Thyborøn, which offers not only a fishing harbour but also a swimming beach and plenty of activities—all well worth a visit.
