Family vacation on the Great Jasmund Bodden

The townhouse, which consists of 5 residential units, is located in Neuhof on the Großer Jasmunder Bodden, offering an unobstructed view of the water and situated just about 200 metres from the Bodden.
The townhouse stands on a well-maintained, fenced-in lot of approximately 5,000 square metres, which all guests are welcome to use. There’s something for everyone: a large playground with a sandpit, swings, a slide, and a climbing wall; a separate sandpit for the little ones; an orchard; a large pond; plenty of lawn space for relaxation and sports activities; and many spots to linger.
Each townhouse has its own separate terrace, approximately 14 square metres in size, with a view of the garden and the Bodden, featuring tall hedges on the sides and patio furniture.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
There are a total of four identical holiday apartments or townhouses next to each other, so you can book them together and spend your holiday with extended family or friends.

Each holiday rental, with approximately 60 square metres of living space, has a separate entrance. High-quality tile floors have been installed throughout the apartment, which, combined with the underfloor heating, create a pleasant indoor climate.
The 3-room apartment for 6 people spans two floors, with a living area, open kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom (or children’s room) with a bunk bed. This bunk bed has three levels/sleeping surfaces (there is another pull-out bed of the same width located under the lower bunk). This means there are plenty of sleeping options for the children, and a parent can even snuggle in with them, since the two lower sleeping surfaces are wider than the top bunk. In the living room, there is an additional sleeping option on a sofa bed.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower.
