The kitchen-living room is fully equipped:
refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine (Caffissimo), blender, hand mixer, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans.

There is a satellite TV in the kitchen-living room and in one of the bedrooms

A playroom is available for our younger guests, which they can use at any time. Right near the house is a small river where the little ones can really let off some steam.

TAKE OFF – DIVE IN - HEAD DOWN
For stays of 3 nights or more, our guests automatically receive the Bregenzerwald and Großes Walsertal Guest Card. This card grants free access to all mountain railways, buses, and swimming pools throughout the Bregenzerwald for the entire duration of your stay—as often as you’d like!

There are numerous opportunities to go hiking and mountain trekking right from the house. If you’re looking for a bit more adventure, we recommend a canyoning tour that starts right in Nesslegg, a visit to the adventure park, or perhaps a climbing tour on the Karhorn via ferrata?
VACATION WITH A DOG
You may bring a dog upon request. However, two or more dogs in one apartment are NOT permitted. We charge a separate fee per night for the dog.

Haus Rothorn is situated in a prime location on the sunny Nesslegg plateau. There are 5 fully furnished, comfortable apartments.

Free parking is available right next to Haus Rothorn.

The village ski run leads to Nesslegg—and thus almost right to the front door!

Diagonally across the street is the ski bus stop, from which you can comfortably reach the Warth-Schröcken ski area in 5 minutes. The ski buses run every 15 minutes. The entrance to the Ski Arlberg ski area is at Salober. There, at the valley station, you’ll also find the ski school with the PAULI SKIARENA, the sports shop with ski rentals, and restaurants with large sun terraces

On-site costs: The ski bus stop is just a few metres from the house. From there, our guests can easily reach the ski area in 5 minutes. Strap on your skis and head out to enjoy the slopes at Ski Arlberg! From Schröcken to St. Anton am Arlberg and back in a single day. The ski buses run every 15 minutes! All apartments offer free Wi-Fi for our guests. Bed linens and towels are provided in the apartments and, of course, included in the price.
