Our apartTOP 1.1 is located on the ground floor and is accessible by passenger lift.
With an area of approximately 80 m², this apartment is ideal for 4–6 people, with a maximum capacity of 7 (pull-out couch).
From the southeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view.



Ski-in, ski-out. Just 10 metres from the front door to the ski slope.
Peace, relaxation, nature, and a retreat—away from the hustle, bustle, and busy schedules.
Strap on your skis right at the front door and explore the entire Arlberg ski region, from Warth through Lech-Zürs to St. Anton. After a day of skiing, ski right back to the front door.
Relax in our panoramic wellness area. Enjoy the Finnish sauna and a magnificent view of the mountains from the glass-enclosed sauna. Cool off with direct access to the sun terrace or our sensory showers.
Cross-country skiers and winter hikers can also take advantage of the cross-country trail and winter hiking trails that pass right by the house, leading towards Salober and Körbersee (Austria’s Most Beautiful Place 2017).
In the summer, you can set out directly from the house on countless hikes and bike rides into the magnificent mountain scenery of the Hochtannberg, the Arlberg, and the Allgäu and Lechtal Alps.



On-site amenities: Wellness area covering approx. 140 m². Panoramic views through the glass-enclosed sauna. Direct access from the sauna area to the sun terrace—cool off in the deep snow. A wonderful relaxation room with unobstructed panoramic views of the mountains. Free parking in the underground garage—no need to shovel snow or scrape ice.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
