Welcome to your holiday home "Ostsee Auszeit" in Olpenitz!
This detached, 82 m² property offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
Step inside and be enchanted by the bright and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger – make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa, enjoy your favorite series on the flat-screen TV, or let the fireplace provide cozy warmth on cool evenings.
In the modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare culinary delights for yourself and your loved ones. The dining area offers ample space for shared meals and convivial evenings.
A highlight on the ground floor is the stylish bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The infrared sauna promises pure relaxation after long walks on the beach.
Upstairs, two lovingly furnished bedrooms await you. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. A cozy reading nook with an armchair invites you to curl up with a good book.
The second bedroom offers two box-spring beds (each 100x200 cm), also with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There's also a reading nook where the armchair converts into a sleeper chair – perfect for a child.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
A travel cot and highchair are available for our younger guests.
The upstairs bathroom features a shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and an additional toilet.
The south-facing terrace is the ideal place to relax, have barbecues, or simply unwind on the sun loungers. Your children can enjoy the provided outdoor toys. Thanks to the windbreak, you can enjoy the fresh air even in a light breeze.
A lockable shed is available for your bicycles, and there's a parking space directly in front of the holiday home.
