Holzminden is a small town on the Weser, right on the Weser Cycle Route—one of Europe’s most beautiful and popular cycling trails. The town is also known as “the City of Scents”—visit Europe’s only fragrance museum or let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this small town and its countryside. The holiday rental features 5 spacious rooms, including two modern bedrooms, a cosy living room (with a sleeper sofa), a room with a garden view (also with a sleeper sofa), and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. Thanks to its proximity to the city centre, you can reach numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and the new Fragrance Museum—the only one of its kind in Europe—in no time at all, either on foot or by bike. The house was built by a family of chemist and pharmacy owners and was recently renovated in December 2024. You’ll find traces of the house’s history reflected in the decor through charming and lovingly incorporated details. The spacious garden with a terrace and a sunroom are available for you to enjoy as you please.
