With its 80 m², this apartment is generously sized and specifically designed to meet the needs of families—there’s plenty of space here for everyone to feel at home.

Nestled in unspoiled nature, the Schloss Wasserleonburg estate, with its three holiday homes, is located above the village of Nötsch, at the foot of the Dobratsch.
Far from mass tourism, our cosy apartments offer the ideal space for retreat, peace, and relaxation. Get to know the local people, their traditional customs, and their way of life while you fully enjoy the breathtaking landscape, framed by the peaks of the Dobratsch, the Julian Alps, and the Carnic Alps.
The idyllic location of our holiday homes invites you to go on long hikes and walks. In addition, the numerous crystal-clear Carinthian lakes and the many ski resorts in the area make our holiday apartments a popular holiday destination in every season.



On-site costs: Included in the price: bed linens, hand and bath towels, Wi-Fi, the region’s Erlebnis CARD, and parking. Dogs are very welcome here. However, due to the increased cleaning effort, we charge a fee of EUR 12.00 per pet per night (food not included).



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
