The apartment is in an excellent location with trams, metro, and train station mere minutes away by foot and faces a quiet street. The rooms are spacey. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of water pressure. The water heater is in the kitchen and it took a minute to warm up the showers for first use. We loved having the stackable washer and a real dryer. It took a little while to understand that the dryer is a condenser dryer (so it doesn't have to vent to the outside) and the water reservoir needs to be emptied quite often.There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom and a fan in the second one.Communication was excellent.The one downside is that there is no elevator in the building. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Vienna Visit

The hoats were amazing always available for any inquiry and assistes us with the luggage as we sisnt have an elevator. We sis have somw amall issues but they were attended to immediately with no fuss, which made the stay less atresaful. Beds were comfortable, all facilities were adaequate for our needs, waahing machine ans dryer made life easier whilst we travelled. We wnjoyed our stay here.

Apartment was very comfortable. Considering we were there during a record heat wave, the AC units kept us comfortable. The management, great. This location doesn't have an elevator, but that was communicated ahead of time. Perfect location to see Vienna, it's right next to a public transportation hub and grocery store. It was easy to see this lovely city without a car. Thank you!
