Welcome to the cosy holiday rental “Goordenuv,” an inviting retreat in Büsum, right by the access to the dike—the perfect place for a restful and relaxing family holiday. With an ideal size of approximately 40 m², this charming accommodation can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with a lovely atmosphere. Here, you can unwind on the large wooden deck or in the garden under the big old apple tree. Here, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. There’s a cosy spot for every family member to unwind. The comfortably furnished living area—complete with a sofa and armchair, TV, games, books, chairs, a table, and an open kitchen—invites you to relax, play, or cook. The high-quality appliances in the modern kitchen include an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Thanks to a wide variety of kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, you can prepare your favourite meals in no time at all. And with direct access to the inviting southwest-facingterrace, you can start the day with a lovely, cosy breakfast in the garden while making plans for the day ahead—or the kids can quickly head over the dike to the large playground to run around. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, as well as a room with a bunk bed (100x200 cm) and a large closet. The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a towel warmer and plenty of storage space. It offers everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. All rooms have radiant floor heating

A highlight of the holiday rental is the southwest-facing terrace, where you can get some fresh air and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Here you’ll find your own beach chair, as well as a table and chairs. This makes the apartment the perfect place for you.

The city centre is also easily accessible—just a 700-meter walk away—where you can discover shops and inviting dining options. For day trips, the location offers excellent access via the nearby train station (500 m) and the fishing port (300 m), which offers boat tours.

In addition, a private parking space, patio furniture, and your own beach chair are available to ensure you feel completely at home. The apartment is not only non-smoking but also meets all the requirements for a relaxing stay. There’s a garden shed for your bicycles, where you’ll also find electrical sockets for charging your e-bikes. You’ll also find a grill and lounge chairs for shared use in the garden shed.

Pets are allowed in the apartment under supervision starting at 01.09.2025. The pet must not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our holiday apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, you’ll pay a short-stay surcharge.


Facilities:

The three newly renovated holiday apartments can accommodate 2–5 people. Thanks to the path up the dike right in front of the house, you’re just a few metres away from the fishing harbour. It’s also not far to the popular Alleestraße with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Apartments 1 and 2 have their own terraces. Apartment 3, located on the upper floor, has its own spacious balcony. There is a lockable bike shed equipped with video surveillance.
Each apartment has its own parking space next to the house.
