The country house is located in the small mountain village of Mallnitz in Carinthia's Mölltal, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, a small paradise for anyone who loves nature in the Alps!

In winter, Mallnitz is THE meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts. The Ankogel ski area (4 km from the house) awaits you with beautiful views and 13 km of perfectly prepared slopes. The Mölltal Glacier ski area in nearby Flattach with around 40 km of slopes offers exciting glacier descents and ideal conditions for carvers, ski racers and snowboarders and can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. Other ski areas in the immediate vicinity include the Grossglockner/Heiligenblutt ski area with 55 km ski slopes, the family ski area Emberger Alm, located high above the Drau Valley, and the varied top ski areas with ca. 200 km ski slopes in the Skigastein holiday region.

In summer, the Mölltal iholiday region is an ideal destination for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Whether you like hiking, cycling or are looking for a mountain bike adventure: here you will find relaxation, challenges and beautiful views. More than 300 km of hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails take you through alpine meadows, forests and mountain landscapes.

The public swimming pools and beautiful bathing lakes in the surrounding area provide the necessary cooling down, as does the Tauernbad in Mallnitz with its spacious pool, children's pool and wellness area with saunas, perfect for relaxation after a day in nature! There are also various sights, plenty of shopping opportunities and various restaurants in Mallnitz and the surrounding area
