This ground-floor apartment offers a cosy space for up to 4 people and a baby, and features well-thought-out amenities, plenty of fresh air, and a relaxing holiday atmosphere from the very first moment.



The heart of the apartment is the open-concept livingand dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which opens directly onto the sun terrace—furnished with patio furniture and a cosy swing chair that invites you to enjoy long, sunny hours outdoors. The two bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed, ensure a restful night’s sleep, while the bathroom, featuring a large shower, provides the necessary comfort after an active day of holiday.



Practical details make your stay especially pleasant: Screen doors on all windows and doors, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space on the property are, of course, included. A bike shed is available for excursions in the surrounding area—and if you want to transport beach toys or picnic supplies, simply use the property’s handcart. From March through October, a coin-operated washing machine is also available right on the property.
