On the ground floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, smart TVs, and balconies, as well as three bathrooms with toilets and rain showers. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and rain shower, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. Also on the ground floor is the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views of the sea and the large, illuminated pool with a waterfall. The villa features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating in every room, and is equipped with an alarm system. Outside, you'll find an illuminated wooden barbecue, rattan seating, pool loungers, a parasol, and an outdoor shower. The villa is fully fenced for your exclusive use, and pets are welcome. Take a stroll to Blue Beach, just 300 metres away, to enjoy the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with its lovely restaurants and bars, shops, and numerous children's activities. Enjoy.
