The non-smoking "Zum Nutscheid" holiday rental has 73 m² of living space and is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance.
The apartment is equipped to accommodate 1 to 3 people.

The cosy living area, featuring a seating area, cabinet, sleeper sofa, TV, radio, and DVD player, is perfect for relaxing.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals.
The bedroom has two single beds measuring 1 m x 2 m with a bed height of 57 cm, a wardrobe, a linen closet, and a sitting area.
The spacious bathroom features a sink area with a walk-in shower.
The layout of the rooms is shown in the floor plan.
A natural garden with a stream (approx. 4,000 m²) invites guests to relax.



On-site costs: Payment is due in cash on site, by advance payment, or by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in: from 14:00 - 20:00 a.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets: not allowed.
