We warmly welcome you to the holiday town of Altenberg in the beautiful Eastern Ore Mountains, to our extensively renovated and luxuriously furnished Unger Holiday Villa.
Enjoy the best time of the year in the Erzgebirge mining region. Gather with family or friends at our villa, and celebrate or hold meetings in a sophisticated atmosphere.
Be captivated by the magnificent stucco ceilings on the ground floor and in parts of the upper floor, the Wilhelminian-style furniture, and the leaded-glass windows in the stairwell.
A large entrance hall, a fully equipped modern kitchen, the stately master bedroom, the club area, and a large hall with a massive table that seats 18 people are all located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you’ll find 5 high-end bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, and TV.
Since you’ll have the entire villa to yourself, you can enjoy your privacy in complete tranquility.

On the upper floor, there are 5 high-quality bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 1 room for 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed. Additionally, there is a pull-out couch for 2 people and a folding travel bed.
On the ground floor is the stately master bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Two additional cots and high chairs are available.



On-site fees: A deposit of 50 € may be charged after booking. You can pay the remaining balance either in cash on-site or via bank transfer 14 days before arrival. A security deposit of 300 € will be retained upon arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. The tourist tax must be paid separately on-site: €2.10 for adults, €1.60 for children 6 years and older, €1.50 for athletes. The holiday home can only be booked as a single unit. Electricity and gas are billed based on consumption: Electricity: 0.35 €/kWh; Gas: 0.07 €/kWh. Metre readings are taken with the guest upon arrival and departure. No pets allowed. Parking for 4 vehicles is available; parking is available at Ski Slope 2. In the event of unexpected heavy snowfall with snowdrifts, parking is only permitted in public car parks. Free Wi-Fi.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
