Holiday Apartment No. 8, with 72 m² of living space on the 1st floor, accommodates 1–6 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as the very large north-facing balcony with a parasol and wicker furniture, invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom, featuring a shower and mirror, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings with a barbecue. Please note that pets are allowed for an additional fee. You can use the Wi-Fi and the car park in front of the house free of charge.
You’re welcome to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the tavern or, weather permitting, in the resort’s beer garden for an additional fee!



The Markus Nitsch Holiday Resort is a lodging facility in Bärenstein with a total of 10 holiday apartments. and the complex features a restaurant with a beer garden and an ice cream parlour where you can enjoy food and drinks.
The apartments are classically furnished and are located on the ground floor and ground floor. They consist of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower; some have a balcony.

The Markus Nitsch holiday rental offers a sauna for an additional fee, and the Sehma outdoor pool is a 7-minute drive from the property. The area is also ideal for hiking and biking. If there are enough guests, a bouncy castle will be set up; there is also an indoor and outdoor playground on the grounds for all ages.
The property is perfect for family gatherings; the outdoor area features a grill and plenty of seating.
You can use the private parking spaces at the property free of charge.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or by debit card. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. Surcharge: €80. A baby cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of €0.50 per person (ages 3 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. Please specify breakfast preferences when booking!! Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking)



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
