Our beautifully situated holiday rental, featuring a terrace and lake views, combines modern furnishings with rustic sandstone walls. The Roman-style tile flooring creates a Mediterranean atmosphere. Enjoy the view of the lake through the large French doors in both summer and winter. At any time of day, you can enjoy the garden from the terrace or relax on a lounge chair. The holiday rental is equipped with a high-quality kitchen, a sleeper sofa with a real mattress, and solid-wood beds. Breakfast can be booked separately (cost: €10; breakfast hours 7.30 - 10.00 ). There are barbecue facilities in the garden, as well as a canoe and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) available for use. A stylish fitness room is available for anyone looking to stay in shape. 



Our house, Seeblick, is about 100 years old and was built on a side arm of the river immediately after the Malter Dam was constructed. In 2010, we purchased the building at auction—it had stood vacant for several years—and completely renovated it from the ground up. Today, it serves as a home for our family and for holiday guests. Guests can also use our hall and other spaces for celebrations or educational events. The garden, with its view and access to the water, is a lovely place to relax. For those who want to do something good for their bodies, there is a stylish fitness room in the house. You can also hear the narrow-gauge train from here and see the plumes of smoke in the distance rising above the water. Hiking trails can be explored from the house, including the Rabenauer Grund. An ice cream parlour, an adventure pool, a beach resort, and other restaurants serving excellent cuisine are located in town. Bicycles can be rented at the beach reception desk.



On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash. A security deposit of 150€ must be paid in cash. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site upon arrival or departure.A visitor’s tax is charged for stays of 01.01.2024 or longer. Adults 18 and older: €2.00 per person per night; children 0–5 years: free; 6–13 years: €1.00 per person per night; ages 14–26 (high school students, college students, apprentices, volunteers): €1.00 per person per night. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. A garden with access to the water, a bike and ski storage room, and a small sandpit are available. Barbecue facilities, a canoe for 3–4 people, and a stand-up paddleboard can be used free of charge. 



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
