Our holiday rental is located in a quiet residential area in Bad Kösen, very close to the graduation tower and the spa facilities (about a 5-minute walk). Our lovingly furnished apartment was renovated in 2021 and has been welcoming guests ever since with everything you need to relax.
In total, there are sleeping accommodation for up to four people. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180 cm wide) and a sleeper sofa. Additionally, in the open-concept space that serves as both the kitchen and living room, the sofa can be used as a bed.
The built-in kitchen features a refrigerator, hob, electric kettle, toaster, and a small oven. The dining table is also generously sized, so you can invite guests over for meals.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. The sheltered sun terrace is accessible from the living room and is perfect for sitting outdoors when the weather is nice. Of course, the living room is equipped with both a TV and a radio.
You can park your car right in front of the apartment. This parking space is reserved exclusively for our guests. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. You’ll also find shopping options in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.



Our Unstrut holiday apartment, newly renovated in 2024, is located in a quiet and well-maintained area in Bad Kösen.
The Gradierwerk, the Saale Reha clinics, and shopping options are all in the immediate vicinity.
The Saale Bike Trail is 500 metres away.
You can store your bikes in a lockable bike garage.
The Unstrut apartment is on the ground floor, and a patio door leads out to the balcony.
The Saale apartment is on the ground floor, and a patio door leads out to a small terrace with a garden area.
There, you’ll find a table and chairs with a parasol for your relaxation.

A parking space, bed linens, and towels are included in the price, as well as a weekly change of linens for longer stays.
Small dogs are allowed in the Saale holiday apartment upon request.
Pets are not permitted in the Unstrut apartment.
Each guest receives a welcome drink from our region upon arrival.

This is not included in the travel price. Persons aged 16 and older are subject to this fee. The rental price and the guest fee are to be paid in cash upon arrival. A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Pets are not allowed.
