The Rhöner Wohnen holiday home is situated in a secluded location on a property of approximately 1,000 m² featuring a small garden, sun terraces, an orchard, and a garden sauna. You can set out on numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity right from the house. The well-marked bike trails—the Nüsttal, Milseburg, Ulstertal, Hochrhön, and Kegelspiel trails—are also accessible directly from the house. The Rhöner Wohnen holiday home is located in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. Well-known destinations such as the Wasserkuppe, Milseburg, Point Alpha, the Rhön’s raised bogs, and the Kreuzberg in the Bavarian Rhön are all easily accessible from here. The nearest bakery is in the neighbouring village, about 3 km away. Additional shopping options, a petrol station, a pharmacy, and other stores can be found in Hilders, 6 km away. The Gotthards, Langenbieber, and Wüstensachsen forest swimming areas are in the immediate vicinity. In Hilders, the Ulsterwelle offers year-round swimming fun.

With a living area of 68 m², it accommodates up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a large, open living space with a kitchen, dining area, and living area, as well as access to a balcony with outdoor seating. 
On the upper floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160/200 and 180/200 cm). Here you’ll sleep on genuine natural bedding systems and certified natural bedding. From the bedroom, you can access the upper balcony. The bathroom offers pleasant comfort with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and wall/floor heating. All furnishings consist of high-quality solid wood furniture. The renovation in 2022 was carried out using natural materials with a focus on regional sourcing and sustainability. The house includes a large lot with a lawn, fruit trees, and a wood-fired garden sauna. Additional amenities include: dishwasher, oven, satellite TV, carport, smoke detectors, patio furniture, Wi-Fi, charging station for electric vehicles, solar panel system, and bike shed.



On-site information: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.Keys are provided via a key safe. The rental price includes heating, electricity, internet, bed linens, towels, and parking in the carport. The Hilders municipal guest fee of €1 per day per adult is charged separately. Subletting is possible by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
