THE ACCOMMODATION:
This modern 65 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and features a private entrance on the ground floor. Furnished to a high standard, the apartment includes a comfortable king-size bed, a smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use at no extra charge.

The living area includes a dining room with a table for four and an open layout leading into the living room. Here, a cosy armchair and a sofa invite you to relax. Upon request, we can set up the sleeper sofa for two guests before your arrival.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious closet with ample storage for your clothes and another sleeper sofa that provides an additional sleeping option. The bedroom also offers direct access to the bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and other bathroom amenities are provided during your stay.

You can relax and unwind on the spacious terrace with its cosy seating area. A grill is also available for your use.

For your convenience, there are three free parking spaces right on the property. You can securely store your luggage and bicycles free of charge in a lockable room.

The apartment is a perfect starting point for excursions to the Middle Rhine region and the Westerwald, which enchant visitors with their castles, palaces, wine regions, and charming towns, such as nearby Koblenz on the Rhine and Moselle. The restaurant “Zur Isenburg” is just a few minutes’ walk away and invites you to enjoy a meal.
