Our holiday rental with a garden is nestled among vineyards and woods on the edge of a nature reserve. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails right nearby. Discover cosy picnic spots, explore exciting sights, or enjoy the region’s culinary delights. This is the perfect starting point for your trip.

The bright, cosy holiday rental is located on the garden level of a two-family home.

It features a spacious open-concept living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, oven with microwave function, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker (CoffeeB).

The two small bedrooms are furnished with large double beds (160 x 200) and are designed to accommodate up to four people for a holiday. It doesn’t matter whether it’s four adults or two adults with children.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

Basic linens, including bed linens, hand towels, and tea towels, are included in the price.

The holiday rental includes a private terrace with a seating area and a Weber gas grill. A natural stone staircase leads down to a beautiful, shared garden with mature trees and a park bench where you can relax.

A large, private parking space is available right next to the house. If needed, you can charge an electric car using the Wallbox for a fee.

There is an organic farm store in town offering gluten-free baked goods and sustainable products. Here you’ll also find a wine bar and a restaurant. A conventional bakery and additional restaurants are located in the neighbouring town, about 2 km away, while supermarkets and other stores are about 4 km away. The salt works, the giant barrel, and the sausage market square are about 4 km away.

The city of Bad Dürkheim charges a visitor’s tax, which must be paid separately on site.

Additional information:
- The holiday rental is located in the Leistadt district in a residential area. Accordingly, we ask our guests to observe the usual quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

- Parties, bachelor/hen nights, and similar events are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited!
- Pets are not allowed. If you require a service dog, please be sure to contact us before booking. In this case, special conditions apply and additional fees will be charged.

- The natural garden is available for shared use by guests of both holiday rentals. It is accessible via a steep, unsecured natural stone staircase. The staircase may only be used by children under supervision and only with caution by guests with limited mobility. Use is at your own risk.
