You’ll be welcomed by a sunny living room with a small dining area and an integrated kitchenette. On the adjoining, beautifully furnished west-facing balcony with a cosy beach chair, you can enjoy the refreshing North Sea air. Here, you can relax wonderfully and experience the island’s magical atmosphere.

After a day at the beach or a bike ride, a cosy sitting area with a TV, stereo system, and a selection of books invites you to unwind. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for convenient self-catering—including a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Or treat yourself to some culinary delights: Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the town centre, where restaurants serve delicious North Sea cuisine—and on the promenade, you can even enjoy a view of the sea.

The bedroom, facing a pleasantly cool northeast direction and featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), offers a restful retreat for two people. The sofa bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots.

The modern bathroom, featuring an elegant design, includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a stylish sink with a mirror.

For our younger guests, a high chair, a cot, and some children’s toys are available.

General Information: The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. There is a parking space for bicycles. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

The “Strandvogt” holiday rental is located in the small residential complex “Villa Dorfgroden,” situated at the end of one of the island’s typical streets. Here you’ll enjoy a wonderfully peaceful setting—somewhat set back from the lively town centre—while still being just a short walk from the beautiful beach or right in the heart of the action.

On the sandy beach, you’ll find numerous cosy beach chairs as well as wide areas for sunbathing and relaxing. Along the promenade and in the town centre, cafés and restaurants invite you to enjoy yourself.

With plenty of sports activities (surfing, sailing, golf, horseback riding, etc.) and small events, Wangerooge offers a varied holiday programme.
