Welcome to our holiday rental, “Zum Klappenfranz,” in the music town of Markneukirchen.
Our house is located in a hillside setting. The first-floor holiday rental is accessible via a staircase. It is comfortably and cosily furnished and features a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area, a small bedroom with a single bed or a small double bed, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. Shopping options are nearby. Extensive hiking trails wind through our beautiful countryside with fields, meadows, and forests, offering fantastic views. In town: a cinema, a musical instrument museum, and an outdoor pool (in the summer).In the immediate vicinity are the Saxon State Spas of Bad Elster and Bad Brambach, featuring a sauna, thermal baths, a spa park, and a theatre; the space exhibition in Morgenröthe Rautenkranz; the zoo and ski jump in Klingenthal; the Erlbach and Schöneck ski resorts with access to the Vogtland/Erzgebirge cross-country ski trail, Plohn Amusement Park, the Mother-of-Pearl Museum, and Klein Vogtland in Adorf, and much more.

1 small bedroom or children’s room: as a single bed 0.80 m x 2.00 m – converts to a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m
