The two-room apartment is fully furnished and includes a kitchen-dining area, a living room (with two sofa beds), a bedroom, and a bathroom. It is wheelchair-accessible, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and a separate lift. The garden is available for use in the summer, and you can spend time right outside the apartment—for example, to smoke.
The cities of Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl, and Pirmasens are easily accessible by car or train. This makes the apartment ideal if you work in the city or are visiting friends—and then want to retreat to the comfort of your own home.
The forest is just a few hundred metres from the apartment. If you enjoy hiking or mountain biking, you can hike or bike through Finsterbrunnertal, Unterhammer, and Klugsche Mühle all the way to Karlstal. Other attractions in the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible by train. This makes the apartment ideal for a few hours of relaxation in your free time—or as a starting point for excursions into the Palatinate Forest or the Palatinate Uplands.
In the summer, the apartment stays pleasantly cool—and to keep your feet warm in the winter, we’ve installed new flooring. The kitchen-living room can comfortably seat four people. The living room can be converted into a second bedroom. The view of the garden is green and colourful in the spring and summer months. The apartment is easily accessible via the B270 or by train to the Schopp station.
