The apartment is located in a wooded area, right in the middle of a hiking region with beautiful trails, along the country road towards Kesseling. Spring, late summer, and fall are arguably the best times to explore the Ahr Valley on foot. You’re also welcome to bring your four-legged friends. The famous Red Wine Hiking Trail winds its way for 36 kilometres through the vineyards of the Ahr Valley and is just a 10-minute drive away. Some of Germany’s finest and award-winning Pinot Noirs are grown here. Just unwind and enjoy the soothing natural surroundings, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. For motorsports fans, a trip to the famous and easily accessible Nürburgring is well worth it. The Rhine cities of Bonn and Cologne, as well as Koblenz, are also within easy reach. For our younger guests, a visit to the summer toboggan run is a must. Swimming pools and a sauna area are located nearby at Monte Mare in Rheinbach, as is the recreational pool in Kempenich. Or you can enjoy a lovely alpaca hike with the Hirschbach Alpacas in Ahrbrück. Shopping options are just a 5-minute drive away in Ahrbrück. A bus stop is right outside the door. The Ahrbrück train station is about 1.5 km away. Altenahr is 5 km away.

Welcome to our cosy holiday rental (45 square metres) in our south-facing single-family home. The holiday rental is located on the outskirts of Ahrbrück in the beautiful Ahr Valley. It is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Parking is available right next to the house, along with a lovely covered seating area and a lawn for sunbathing.

The holiday rental features a fully equipped modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic-top stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more. A cosy, Mediterranean-style bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an additional guest bathroom, and a small hallway are also at your disposal.

The kitchen-living room features a new pull-out double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.55 x 2.0 m) for 2 additional guests, a dining table for 4 people, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV and a radio alarm clock.
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire apartment. You are welcome to smoke in front of the house or on the terrace.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Dogs are welcome; there is a one-time fee of 20.00€ per dog.Please note that only dogs are permitted; we do not allow cats or other animals.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
