We’ll revitalise you with a pampering programme in our inviting wellness oasis, featuring a sauna, sanarium, infrared heat cabin, fitness area, a large indoor pool, and a heated outdoor pool with a water slide. You can book massages and wellness treatments directly in the wellness and fitness area.
For our younger guests, the Predigtstuhl Resort not only features a playground, a mini-golf course, and table tennis tables, but also a FamilyWorld with a go-kart track.
In addition to Bavarian specialities at the traditional restaurants near the apartment complex, you can also enjoy the American flair of the Halifax Diner.

Location and Amenities:
Our comfortable “Gipfelfreund 1” holiday apartment is located in the Predigtstuhl Resort leisure complex in Sankt Englmar.
The 33-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, who can sleep on a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 160 cm × 200 cm) and a bunk bed with a pull-out bed (each approx. 90 cm × 200 cm).
The apartment has a beautiful, large balcony with a view of the pool. The balcony faces southwest and is covered.
The “Gipfelfreund 1” apartment has ground-level, step-free access.
It features a modern, fully equipped, functional built-in kitchen. This includes, among other things, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave with oven function, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle.
The apartment complex has coin-operated washing machines and washer-dryers, allowing you to do your own laundry during a longer stay. Of course, we’ll provide you with bed linens and towels upon arrival.

Location of the apartment:
Our “Gipfelfreund 2” holiday apartment is located at an elevation of approximately 900 m, making it an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing, and snowboarding (some downhill slopes are within walking distance). Families in particular will feel right at home here, as the residential complex features not only a playground but also an indoor football arena, a go-kart track, and the “FamilyWorld” indoor playground (for a fee).
With free access to the indoor pool (which is regularly closed in November), the heated outdoor pool (during the summer season), various saunas, the wellness area, and the fitness centre, you can enjoy many relaxing moments.

Especially after hiking, winter sports, or a workout, you can enjoy soothing warmth in the Finnish sauna (90 degrees) or in the bio sanarium (60°) or in the infrared heat cabin, and then unwind in the relaxation room (no children under 16).
Other activities are available on the property. There is a mini-golf course, table tennis tables, pool tables (rackets, paddles, and cues can be rented at the front desk for a fee), and a playground. Once you’ve explored the complex, there are a variety of recreational options in Sankt Englmar and the surrounding area.

The ski area for experienced skiers, beginners, and children:
Modern snowmaking systems at 12 ski lifts,
5 lifts with floodlights and 4 downhill runs are covered with artificial snow,
and for the little ones, there are magic carpets and children’s lifts at the ski school facilities.
An approximately 100-meter-long children’s lift is located at the Pröller Ski Triangle, and a 30-meter-long magic carpet is available at the Grün-Maibrunn ski lift.
Snowboarders can enjoy a fun park. The 12 cross-country trails, totaling over 100 km, are a delight for all cross-country skiers.
And for anyone who is still learning to ski or wants to improve their technique, there are several ski schools that teach alpine skiing, carving, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding.

Both children and adults enjoy the snow-covered toboggan run at the spa park, complete with a toboggan lift. Thanks to the snowmaking system, floodlights, and the kiosk, an evening of tobogganing becomes an unforgettable experience.
Two additional toboggan runs without floodlights, an ice rink in the Kurpark for ice skating, the 55 km of groomed winter hiking trails, and guided snowshoe hikes round out the winter sports offerings in Sankt Englmar and the surrounding area.
