We are delighted to offer you this modern 2-room apartment for two people on an exclusive basis!
Stylish, high-quality, and fully equipped, this home leaves virtually nothing to be desired.

You enter the bedroom through one of the two swing doors to the left or right of the inviting double bed (180×200 cm). Two windows provide plenty of light and fresh air in this room. The bedroom features a large wardrobe with a mirror, storage space, and blackout curtains, as well as a second TV and reading lamps.

Across from the bedroom is the high-quality bathroom, featuring a large, illuminated mirror, a towel warmer, electrical sockets, and a wall-mounted toilet. A spacious shower with high-quality glass doors and fixtures rounds out the amenities here.

In the stylishly combined living, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen:
dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—leaving nothing to be desired for your holiday needs. The adjoining dining table offers plenty of space to linger.

The cosy, extra-deep couch invites you to snuggle up and relax together. A large flat-screen TV above the electric fireplace is available for your entertainment. Wi-Fi and free parking are available to all guests at no charge.

On the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony furniture as early as breakfast time. If you’d prefer a shady spot, an electric awning is available.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
