The Dolomites and Misurina



My dream studio is located in Misurina, the pearl of the Dolomites, with its enchanting lake overlooked by the majestic Sorapiss Group and the iconic Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO World Heritage). The 30 m² property is very bright and consists of a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Additional amenities include a Smart TV with satellite antenna, a washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi.



This studio features a private balcony with beautiful views of the lake, the Cadini and Sorapiss Dolomite groups, and to the west, the forest. Public transport is just 50 meters away on foot, and the supermarket is 500 meters away. The property offers reserved outdoor parking. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and parties are not permitted. A ski storage room is available.



The apartment offers direct access to the ski slopes, which are only 200 meters away. The property provides guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; further information is available on site.



Misurina is just 15 km from Cortina and 15 km from Dobbiaco. Please note that check-in outside the established hours is only possible if agreed in advance with the owner.



Note: Due to the building’s plumbing system, hot water in the shower may take 2-3 minutes to reach temperature. We recommend letting it run while you prepare your toiletries. A handy tip: let the hot water run in the bathroom sink for a few minutes before showering, so hot water will be ready when you step in.

Pros: Super clean, lovely host who was very accommodating with the check-in and the apartment had every amenity you could need plus loads of storage space.

Small apartment in great location

Pros: The studio was really small, but equipped in all that you could need for a stay (with coffe machine, toster, oil and spices for cooking etc.). Location was great in the heart of Misurina. Very nice host and good communication. Cons: Only thing that i can think would be the hot water under the shower, that you need to wait really long for.
