About this property

Bungalow 40 (5 persons)

Bungalow
Recreatiepark De Watersnip is a child-friendly, pet-free holiday park with bungalows for 4 to 6 people. We also have bungalows and campsites at our park. The park is located in North Holland, a province where there is plenty to do for young and old alike to enjoy an active and/or relaxing holiday. The bungalow park, featuring 60 luxurious bungalows, is within walking distance of the sea. The bungalows are detached and fully furnished. Each bungalow has its own unique atmosphere. They feature a large, south-facing garden with patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace. You can park your car near your accommodation within the park.

The Park
The park’s amenities make your holiday complete.
For example, the park features a (heated) outdoor pool with a slide and a fun paddling pool. The swimming pool is open from mid-May through mid-September.
If you’d like to rent a bike or a go-kart, you can do so at our park. We have several types to choose from.
There are plenty of play options for children. There are several small playgrounds scattered throughout the park. The large outdoor playground features big (and challenging) climbing structures and two bounce houses. There’s also a skate park, a beach volleyball court, a tennis/basketball court, and a Panna cage for football players. The playgrounds are suitable for all age groups. For adventurous kids, the Watersnip offers a real obstacle course over the water and a zip line!
If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can also enjoy yourself indoors at the Watersnip. There’s plenty to do for young and old alike in the recreation hall. For children up to 10 years old, there’s a great indoor playground for climbing, crawling, sliding, and playing. You can also get active with a game of pool, foosball, or table tennis. The recreation room also has various gaming computers that make indoor games really fun! (Open only during restaurant hours)
On Ascension Day, Pentecost, and during peak season, an entertainment team is on hand to offer a variety of fun activities, including crafts, water games, dancing at the disco, and much more. In the evenings, the entertainment bus drives through the park with our mascots Parel and Plons—would you like to join them?
Our park has its own restaurant and a snack bar. The snack bar also has a small supermarket where you can get your freshly baked rolls in the morning. The opening hours for the restaurant and the snack bar/supermarket vary. During the off-season, the restaurant and the snack bar/supermarket are closed.
In addition, the campground is situated in a beautiful location, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the beach, and a lovely forest where you can get some fresh air or take a nice walk. There are many opportunities for fun outings and activities in the surrounding area: summer festivals, weekly markets, bike rides or hikes through the beautiful dunes and/or along the coast, a visit to a zoo, water sports, museums, or a trip to a charming nearby town for a stroll, some shopping, and then relaxing on a cosy terrace to reminisce—and much more.
The village of Petten is within walking distance. In Petten, there are several restaurants and outdoor patios. There’s also a supermarket in the village. On the beach, you’ll find the Zee & Zo beach pavilion. There, you can enjoy a delicious snack and a drink while watching a beautiful sunset.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
