Centrally located 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor (elevator) for 4-6 people with a terrace.

The apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe. Directly adjacent, you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and dining room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa, and a TV corner. From here, you can access the large terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC, while the other has a shower and WC.
