The Stipe Apartment is located right on the beach. Enjoy direct access to the beach from your private garden. In the garden, you can use the barbecue area/fireplace with a seating area to grill delicious fresh fish, meat, or vegetables. The garden also features lounge chairs for sunbathing or perhaps for an afternoon nap in the shade. There is also a shared outdoor shower in the garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and thus offers a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and balcony. The apartment features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining room. Two bedrooms and the kitchen have direct ocean views and are connected via the terrace and balcony. Air conditioning is available, as well as Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The apartment is ideal for families or small groups of friends. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 1 km) you’ll find pebble and sandy beaches, secluded little coves, supermarkets, butcher shops, a fruit and vegetable market (in the summer), restaurants, bakeries, and a tourist office. Just 2 km from the apartment is Paklenica National Park, which is not only known as Croatia’s climbing hub but also features over 150 km of hiking and mountaineering trails. Be sure to visit the old town of Zadar as well as three other national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, and the Kornati Islands) located near Seline.
