The property was unusual in that it was actually two individual residential units in one house. The Host labels them as the lower and upper apartments. We, alone with most others I presume, stayed in the upper apartment. The lower apartment didn't appear to be used as frequently and had a bit of a musty, stale atmosphere. If you need to sleep a lot of people, this property would be ideal. The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as we'd like though we did sleep well. One thing I really didn't understand was the coin operated clothes washer. You're paying several hundred Euros a night for the property, and it still costs you two Euros to run the clothes washer. That seems unnecessary.

We primarily rent our home to larger groups and families, who often express their gratitude for the space, which is why we tend to be quite booked. Our listing clearly indicates the differences between the two apartments, and for groups of up to five, we offer the option to rent just one of the apartments without needing to book the entire house.Regarding the washing machine, for just 2 euros, you can do up to three loads, and this information is typically available on the platform or shared with our guests in advance. Many weekend guests find they don’t need to use the washing machine during their stay. Additionally, we don’t charge extra for towels, bed linens, or many other amenities in the kitchen and bathroom.We hope this information is helpful and clarifies any concerns you may have had.
