"Lotta 29" Holiday Home – Accessible half of a holiday home with a green roof and a southwest-facing terrace

With its green roof, its single-level floor plan, and a sunny terrace, the “Lotta 29” holiday home has a character all its own. Built in 2021, this half of the holiday home offers approximately 41 m² of space for up to three people and combines modern living with the peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere of Klein Stresow.

A private garden, a private Finnish sauna, and its location just about 600 metres from the natural beach make the house a versatile holiday home for couples, solo travellers, or a small family.

A green roof as a distinctive design feature

The holiday home’s green roof catches the eye even from the outside. It blends harmoniously into the green surroundings of the holiday village and underscores the home’s close connection to nature.

Inside, the modern architecture is complemented by carefully selected furniture, lighting, and artwork. Nordic-inspired design elements create a clean, welcoming atmosphere and make the compact living space feel pleasantly open.

Barrier-Free, Single-Level Living

“Lotta 29” is one of the few barrier-free accommodation in the holiday village. The rooms are all on one level, allowing for short distances between the bedroom, bathroom, and living area.

The designation “barrier-free” does not mean the accommodation is fully accessible or unrestrictedly wheelchair-accessible. If you have specific needs, we recommend clarifying the exact conditions before booking.

Light-Filled Living Area

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light into the open-concept living and dining area. The sofa offers a cosy spot for reading, watching TV, or relaxing. A flat-screen TV is included, as is free Wi-Fi.

The doors lead directly onto the southwest-facing terrace. This allows the living space and outdoor area to be combined when the weather permits, and the fresh Baltic Sea air flows directly into the house.

A dining table with two chairs is available for shared meals.

Self-catering in the open kitchen

The modern kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and equipped with high-quality appliances. A complete set of dishes is stored in the cabinets. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes after meals.

Thanks to the open layout, cooking and spending time together on holiday go hand in hand. This way, one person can prepare a meal while the other is already planning the next island excursion or relaxing in the living area.

Bedroom with Box Spring Comfort

The separate bedroom is furnished with a box springdouble bed measuring 180 × 200 cm. A wardrobe provides storage space for clothing and personal items. In addition, the bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

Upon your arrival, the bed will already be made. Towels will also be provided. The holiday home is designed to accommodate up to three guests.

Private sauna in the bathroom

The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The built-in Finnish sauna, which is available for your private use during your stay, provides additional relaxation.

After a bike ride, a walk along the natural beach, or a chilly day on Rügen, you can warm up and unwind here. This makes “Lotta 29” an attractive option not only in the summer but also for a getaway during the off-season.

There is no private washing machine or dryer in the holiday home. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the main building.

Southwest-facing terrace and private garden

The southwest-facing terrace is perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings outdoors. Garden furniture is provided.

The adjacent private garden provides additional space for relaxing and playing. Thanks to its direct connection to the living area, you can easily move your activities outdoors on warm days.

Nature experiences around Klein Stresow

The Greifswald Bodden is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. From here, you can set out on walks and bike rides or explore the surrounding area from the water on a kayak or stand-up paddleboard tour.

The natural beach is about 600 metres away. You can walk there. A handcart is available for beach bags, towels, and other items.

Parking, EV Charging, and Travel by Train

A free parking space is reserved for the holiday home. There are also three shared charging stations for electric vehicles available in the holiday village. There is a fee for using these stations, which is calculated based on the length of your stay. You must bring your own charging cable for your vehicle.

Access to the holiday village is via a natural, unpaved road. Please drive on this road at walking speed only.

Train travellers can arrange a shuttle from the Putbus train station to Klein Stresow for a small fee.

On-site café and farm shop

At Café Klein Stresow, which has an attached farm shop, you can get fresh rolls for breakfast as well as hot and cold drinks. The menu also includes light meals, snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and speciality coffees. Various regional products round out the selection.

The area remains particularly quiet at the turn of the year: The entire holiday village celebrates a fireworks-free New Year’s Eve.
