Vacation apartment in the Wreecher Idyll on Lake Wreechen

Welcome to our “Kranich” holiday rental in the picturesque village of Wreech, right on Lake Wreech.

Our well-equipped accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Facing southwest with an unobstructed view of the lake and the surrounding nature, it’s the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve invites you to enjoy a variety of hikes and birdwatching. You can set out directly from the apartment. Whether it’s the forest, the lake, or the cliffs—everything is within walking distance, including Putbus, the “City of Roses,” with its beautiful castle park. Other attractions, such as the seaside resorts and Jasmund National Park, are also nearby. If you’re arriving by electric car, a 22 kW charging station is available right in the car park.

Bedroom:
The comfortable bedroom features a spacious double bed that guarantees you a restful night’s sleep. The small bedside tables and reading lamps—which include USB charging ports—provide everything you need for reading, whether in print or digital format. High-quality bedding and ample storage space for your clothes ensure additional comfort.

Living Room:
In the cosy living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa awaits you, offering space for two additional guests. Here you can relax after an eventful day, watch TV, or simply enjoy the view of nature. Use the Bluetooth speaker to play your favourite music in the background.

Kitchen: The compact kitchen is well-designed and ideal for self-catering guests, couples, or small families. Kitchen amenities include modern appliances such as a two-burner stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, an air fryer, and a toaster. A small refrigerator with a freezer compartment provides space for groceries. There is a full set of dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Note: The kitchen does not have an oven or a microwave. Nevertheless, everything you need for cooking and enjoying a cosy meal is provided.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and basic toiletries are provided for you. A radio is built into the wall.

Outdoor area:
Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature in our idyllic garden area. Lake Wreecher is just a few steps away and is perfect for walks, bike rides, or a refreshing swim.

Our “Kranich” is located in idyllic Wreechen, a small hamlet of Putbus on the island of Rügen. Its location on Lake Wreecher offers you a unique combination of tranquility and nature, while allowing you to reach all the amenities and attractions of the island of Rügen in no time.
