Aufgrund der Dachschräge im Bad und Schlafzimmer ist die Wohnung nur für Personen bis 1,60 m zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung muss dringend grundgereinigt werden! Wir mussten bei der Anreise erst einmal putzen. Verschiedenes Mobiliar ist reparaturbedürftig bzw. sollte erneuert werden (Bett!!!!, Kleiderschrank, Badezimmerschrank). Im Schlafzimmer sind die Schränke mit Decken, etc. vollgeräumt, so dass kein Platz für Kleidung ist - bzw. nur die Kleiderstangen frei sind. Kühlschrank kühlt selbst bei höchster Stufe nicht optimal, Klappe am Gefrierfach ist defekt und das Gemüsefach ist kein Originalzubehör sondern nicht passend zum Kühlschrank. Das vorhandene Geschirr sollte dringend gereinigt werden. Es ist sehr unschön, wenn man die Teller und Töpfe erst spülen muss, bevor man sie benutzen kann. Balkon und Balkonmöbel machen einen sehr verlebten Eindruck und laden nicht dazu ein, den Balkon zu benutzen. Heizung ist nicht regulierbar. Sie benötigt eineinhalb Tage bis sie sich ein- bzw. ausschaltet. Abstellkammer/Putzkammer trägt zu erheblicher Geruchsbelästigung bei.

Viel Luft nach oben

Es gab kein WLan Schlüssel, dazu funktionierte der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nicht, Nachtspeicher Öfen als Heizung die ständig Luft in die Wohnung blasen ist eher suboptimal, Schimmel im Wohnzimmer rundete das Gesamtbild ab, kommt nicht mehr in Frage
