Quiet house in southern Crete, picturesque sea and mountain views, beach within walking distance
Family-friendly Cretan holiday home "Haus Rodia" with a romantic panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. The kilometer-long sandy beach at Komos is just a short walk away, as are the two villages of Pitsidia and Kalamaki with their numerous taverns.
The holiday home features its own rooftop terrace, private outdoor areas in the garden, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and a landscaped courtyard (Greek: “avli”), which is shared with a second small holiday home (max. 2 people). It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, dining, and socialising, for pondering the meaning of life and letting your mind wander amidst the surrounding olive groves.
On the Xypotares property, in addition to the Rodia house, there is also the smaller Asvos house. If needed (e.g., for a larger group), you can also enquire about renting both houses together from us.
