The flat on the lower ground floor has 3 bedrooms with washbasins, 1 living room with a small kitchen, 1 large bathroom and an extra WC. The apartment on the ground floor has 160sqm with a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath tub, shower and double sink, dining area, Living room and a terrace. There is also a infrared cabin and a sauna in the apartment.

A ski bus stop and a ski hire shop are just 50 metres from the house, a ski school is 100 metres away and a cross-country ski trail is 200 metres away.

In summer you can access many hiking trails from the house.
The Kirchberg swimming lake is approx. 1 kilometre away.
